What we do

We help organizations connect surplus food with the people who need it.

Action

Many companies still regularly have leftover food that is thrown away or destroyed. For example, because the expiration date is approaching or because a product is being discontinued.

Food Circle Amsterdam collects this food and distributes it among its 9 Food Circle partners: food initiatives from various neighborhoods in Amsterdam that distribute free food to Amsterdam residents with a small wallet.

In this way we bring together food surpluses and the people who can put them to good use.
